How to rename a service

SWPanel offers you the possibility to rename your Cloud servers and service containers or create aliases of them to identify them more easily.

To rename a service, you must first locate it through the services search of your SWPanel:

Once you are in the Dashboard of your service, you must go to the left side menu in blue and display the "Actions on this service" tab, and choose the option "rename"

In the next window, indicate or modify the nickname you want the service to have and accept the changes with the insert/modify button

There is another method to rename all your Cloud servers in a quick and orderly way.

From the SWPanel general Dashboard, click on All my active services, located in the blue left side menu

Once you see the list of all my active services, you can click on the "[...]" button, in the right of the cloud and click on the option rename

In the next window, indicate or modify the nickname you want the service to have and accept the changes with the insert/modify button
