Stop receiving any type of notification

It is possible that, for whatever reasons, you no longer wish to receive more notifications from SW Hosting.

If you still have services and/or domains with SW Hosting, we do not recommend the general deactivation of the notification mails, since the system will not send you any mail. The fact of not receiving notifications does not imply that you should not do the actions indicated therein. There are some very important notifications and it is not advisable to deactivate them.

You must do it using your private client area, SWPanel entering your username and password.

The deactivation is carried out by two different tabs:

  1. Customer file

    Open the tab at the top right of the screen, where it says your name, go to the "My account" tab, and click on "Customer data and preferences":

    In the "General information" tab, deactivate the option that appears at the bottom of the page, inside a box, and click on "Save customer record":

  2. Mail notification configuration

    Display the same menu at the top right of your screen, where it indicates your name, and in the "My SWPanel" tab select the option "Email notification preferences":

    You must click on the "Deactivate all" option, which appears at the bottom of the page.
