Configure my Hosting Email Accounts in Microsoft Email
We are going to configure our mail account in the mail manager integrated in Microsoft.
This is displayed with the following icon:
info The configuration shown in this manual requires the installation of a TLS security certificate for your Hosting email
The data that we must take into account for the configuration of the mail account are the following:

Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com

IMAP port: 993

POP3 port: 995

Outgoing mail server: mail.domain.com

Password

Protocol: SSL/TLS

To configure an e-mail account for the first time
We open the mail manager. If it is the first time that we configure an account in the manager, we will see a screen like the following one. Select "another account":
We will be asked to enter the email address, the account name and the password. Click on "Sign in":
info We remind you that from SWPanel you will not be able to see the information about the password of the email account, because, in compliance with the ISO 27001, the LOPD and the RGPD, we do not store or provide personal passwords, and we do not have access to the passwords of email accounts, much less provide them.
The mail manager will look for the automatic configuration. Once completed, it will display the inbox along with the welcome message. Click on "Done" to access the inbox:
Configure another email account when there is already an account configured.
If you have already configured an email account in this manager, go to "configuration".
An auxiliary configuration window will open. Click on the "Manage accounts" button.
In the account management menu, click on the "Add account" button to start configuring your email account:
Next, the wizard screen for adding email accounts will appear. Select "Other account":
We will be asked to enter the email address, the account name and the password. Click on "Sign in":
