Roundcube (Webmail)
Roundcube is the Webmail access that we include free of charge with all email services.
Thanks to Roundcube, you will be able to access your email account from anywhere without the need to install or configure email managers. All you need is a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox...) and internet access.
How to access Roundcube?
You can access the Webmail through your domain, host or Cloud IP:
https://mail.tudominio.com/webmail/
https://ce2020123456789.dnssw.net/webmail/

If you have a Hosting plan or do not know any of the above details, you will find the access address in SWPanel. To do so, access the Dashboard of your service:
💡 Use the search engine at the top to quickly locate your service.
In the Dashboard, select Service Management -> Mail Management (left menu):
The e-mail accounts registered in the current service are listed. Note that the Webmail address is the same for all email accounts in the same domain.
In the list of email accounts, go to the Manage menu (right side) and click Email account details.
You will see on the screen the Webmail access address, as well as other useful parameters to configure the account in mail managers (such as Outlook, Thunderbird...):
Click on the URL and you will access Roundcube:
